CEBU CITY, PHILIPPINES (04/08/2022) - A SKILLS students uses a computer to study an online training course through the Learning Management System (LMS) of PSEFI in Cebu.
The Terwilliger Center is working with PSEFI to develop and curate online training courses for unskilled and semi-skilled construction services providers in the informal housing sector. The curriculum is available through Learning Management System (LMS), a digital platform and library that delivers educational courses and learning and development programs to a variety of users. It is currently being implemented at SKILLS – a technical and vocational training institute.
A fast-evolving healthy financial ecosystem can lead to a new generation of financial intermediaries that harness technology's power, employ new business models, adopt innovative and leaner customer acquisition and credit assessment processes. The session will highlight how financial technology solutions increase access to housing finance among low-income families and help improve housing conditions.
