
Gregg is currently the Director of Program Operations with Habitat for Humanity Asia-Pacific based in Manila, Philippines.
Previously, he served as Country Manager for the Australian Red Cross in the Philippines, and Global Focal Point for Coordination with UNHCR and the International Federation of the Red Cross assisting various country operations in complex and protracted emergencies.
He has over 15 years direct field experience as a humanitarian practitioner in various settings with different international non-government organizations (i.e., NRC, IRC, SCI, ACAPS) and the Red Cross with a focus in the Asia-Pacific region.
He has specific technical expertise in shelter and housing with extensive coordination experience in various emergencies. He has extensive experience in the design and facilitation of training activities, including the development of curricular materials for direct staff training and mentoring as well as organizational capacity-building.
Gregg is a graduate of the Humanitarian Leadership Programme and holds a master’s degree in Humanitarian Assistance with Deakin University. Previously he worked as an environmental engineer and consultant with over 10 years of project and construction management experience across various industry sectors.
